We offer responsive, non-prescriptive learning experiences and family resources. The offered learning is rooted in real-world early years experience and designed to honour each child care center’s or learner's unique context, voices, and evolving practices.
Born from a deep understanding of the early years sector, this platform supports educators with professional growth opportunities and offers parents meaningful, accessible resources. It reflects the lived experience and insight of those who have worked side-by-side with children, families, and early childhood professionals.

Zahra Rahbari is an early childhood educator, college instructor, curriculum developer, and parents consultant with three decades of experience. She founded Together in Childcare to build a supportive community where educators, families, and children grow and learn together. Her work is rooted in lived experience, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to fostering connection and belonging.
At Together in ChildCare, we believe that nurturing relationships are the heart of early learning and care. Rooted in lived experience and shaped by time spent alongside children, families, and educators, our philosophy honours the richness and complexity of the early years.
We view every child as capable and every educator as a lifelong learner. Our platform is built on the belief that when educators and families are supported with accessible, inclusive, and practical tools, communities thrive.
Here, at Together in ChildCare, we come together to advocate for equity, cultural safety, and collaboration. Whether you are an early childhood professional seeking meaningful growth or a parent looking for trustworthy guidance, we are here to walk with you, side by side, on this shared journey of care.
