Option 1: On-Site Reflective Workshop

This personalized group workshop begins with a thoughtful observation of your program, children, educators, and the learning environment (at no additional charge). An expert of the Together in Child Care team can visit your centre to observe and reflect alongside you (all the information received during the observations and discussions remains confidential). Based on these insights, we co-design a professional development session (1 to 10 hours) tailored to your team’s needs. Whether you are seeking growth in pedagogy, communication, or inclusive practices, this workshop supports meaningful, lasting change grounded in your daily realities.
Please note that for all workshops:
  • PD Certificates will be issued.
  • Handouts and slides of the facilitation are available at no charge.
  • Customized materials or follow-up consultations can be added for an extra charge.
  • Package rates are available for repeat sessions at the same centre.
Our group workshops for early childhood educators are designed to be practical, engaging, and affordable.
